We have built a mountain home in North Carolina and invite you to join us on the continued journey. It began three years ago with a trip to NC to visit the state. I traveled a variety of areas and we settled on a small town outside Asheville. Building was certainly not on our minds; however, we found the perfect lot on the top of a mountain overlooking the city and beyond. The views as you can see are spectacular!


Once we decided to build, we interviewed builders and designers and found both in one week. The work then began on the design and fine tuning it until we were ready to go. The journey is updated periodically and you can catch up by looking at previous photos.
